Return and Refund Policy

We strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below for information on returns, exchanges, cancellations, damages, defects, and missing or incorrect items.

1. Return Classes

We offer several types of return services, each with specific guidelines:

  • Standard Return
    • Items can be returned within 20 days of delivery, depending on the supplier’s policy.
    • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise noted.
  • Exchanges
    • Exchanges are available within the return window if the product is unused and in its original condition.
    • The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange unless the product was damaged during shipping.
  • Cancellations
    • Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order.
    • If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation will be processed as a standard return, and return shipping costs will apply.
  • Damages and Defects
    • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery and follow the inspection guidelines provided.
    • For products that do not function properly but have no visible damage, this may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Our customer service team will assist you through the warranty process.
    • We can only reimburse the cost of the product and shipping, not additional costs such as installation or disposal.
    • Fireclay, Handcrafted, or Hand-Finished Products: Minor imperfections (e.g., small bubbles, dimples, or divots) in these products are normal and do not affect functionality. These are not considered defects, and we cannot offer replacements or discounts for them.
  • Incorrect or Missing Items
    • If you receive the wrong item or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery.
    • We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or the missing item to be shipped as soon as possible, at no additional cost to you.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days upon receiving the returned item. After our processing, the supplier will handle the refund, typically taking an additional 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Restocking fees may apply, depending on the supplier’s policy.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-made orders
  • Hygiene products

4. Return Shipping

  • For standard returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the product was damaged during shipping or is defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.

5. Return Address

Upon approval of your return request, we will provide the return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email. Please do not send your purchase back to the supplier without receiving the RMA number first.

6. Important Notes

  • We can only take responsibility if we are notified within 24-48 hours of delivery and the inspection guidelines are followed.
  • Ensure you research the product specifications thoroughly before purchase. We cannot be held responsible if the product does not meet your required specs. Also read our color disclaimer carefully.
