Shipping Carriers
FREE Ground Shipping on every product over $50 within the 48 contiguous U.S. States. Some exceptions apply for isolated locations.
- Please Note: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
- No P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
Flat Rate Shipping Fee: $6.99 for products under $50.

Important: We offer free shipping on most products by discounting the original shipping fees. If you return or cancel your order after shipment, the original shipping cost + return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. For shipping cost details, please contact us.
Order Shipment
- Processing Time: Most in-stock orders ship within 1-3 business days.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, we will send tracking details to the email provided at checkout.
- Delivery Estimates: Orders are estimated to be delivered within 2-5 business days after shipment.
- Backorders: If an item is on backorder, you will receive an email with the expected restock date.
- Delays: Please note that we cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
- Delivery Date: Delivery dates provided on product pages are estimates. For the actual delivery date, please refer to your tracking number.
Ground Shipping
- Carriers: Packages are delivered via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
- Delivery Days: Shipping carriers may deliver on Saturdays. No signature is required for delivery, and the driver will leave the package at a suitable location at your address.
- Tracking: The driver will not call ahead to schedule delivery, so please use the tracking information to monitor your package.
- Restrictions: Free ground shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses.

Freight Shipping
- For Large/Heavy Products: Large and heavy products are shipped LTL freight on a pallet.
- Free Freight Shipping: Available within the 48 contiguous U.S. States.
- Delivery Time: If the product is in stock, delivery typically occurs within 2-5 business days.
- Scheduling: The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery time. Someone must be present for delivery.
- Curbside Delivery: The driver will place the package curbside at the end of your driveway.
