Order Shipment:
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery estimated in 2-5 business days post-shipment. Tracking information will be provided via email. Backorders will include notification of restock dates.
Shipping delays due to carriers or unforeseen circumstances are not refundable.
Ground Shipping:
Delivered via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, including possible Saturday deliveries. No signature required, and tracking information is provided.
Restrictions apply to P.O. boxes and military addresses.
Freight Shipping (for large/heavy items):
Free within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, with delivery in 2-5 business days. Freight carriers will contact to schedule delivery, and curbside delivery is provided.
Returns/Cancellations:

Returns and Refunds
Return Policy Overview:
Items can be returned within 20 days of delivery, as per the supplier’s policy. Products must be unused and in original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise noted or if the product was damaged or defective.
Exchanges:
Available within the return window if the product is unused. The customer covers exchange shipping unless the item was damaged during shipping.
Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled before shipment. If already shipped, the order will be treated as a standard return, and return shipping fees will apply.
Damages and Defects:
Report damaged or defective items within 24-48 hours of delivery. Non-visible defects may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Minor imperfections in handcrafted items are not considered defects.
Incorrect or Missing Items:
Report wrong or missing items within 24-48 hours. The correct or missing item will be sent at no additional cost.
Refund Process:
Refunds are processed 1-2 business days after receiving the return, with an additional 7-10 business days for the supplier’s processing. Restocking fees may apply.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made orders and hygiene products are non-returnable.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.
Return Address:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided with the return address via email. Do not send items back without the RMA.
