Cancellations:

Damages and Defects:
Report damaged or defective items within 24-48 hours of delivery. Non-visible defects may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Minor imperfections in handcrafted items are not considered defects.
Incorrect or Missing Items:
Report wrong or missing items within 24-48 hours. The correct or missing item will be sent at no additional cost.
Refund Process:
Refunds are processed 1-2 business days after receiving the return, with an additional 7-10 business days for the supplier’s processing. Restocking fees may apply.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made orders and hygiene products are non-returnable.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.
Return Address:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided with the return address via email. Do not send items back without the RMA.
